MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Non - Emergency Maintenance:


If you have a non-emergency request for maintenance, please log in using the resident login page and submit the request or contact the office at (803)931-0044. Upon receipt of your request, we will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Rental Emergencies:


Please carefully read the following information and instructions to determine what classifies as a rental emergency and what to do in the case of an emergency.

  • Gas Leaks – If you smell gas in your apartment, immediately contact your gas provider to stop the leak. Once the leak has been stopped, contact the office.
  • Smoke and/or Fire – Contact 911 or the Fire Department and then contact the office.
  • Flooding – You should attempt to cut off the water at the appropriate plumbing cut-offs. You may also contact your water provider to turn the water off to the property. Once the water has been turned off, contact the office.
  • Sewer Back-Ups – Contact the office as soon as possible. If the sewer is backing up into the house, please take appropriate measures to keep your personal property from being damaged. If you are unable to immediately reach someone on the emergency line, you may call your sewer service provider.
  • Storm and/or Wind Damage – Contact the office right away concerning any damage to the property and take precautions to protect your personal belongings.
  • Burglary – Immediately contact 911 or the Police Department to file a report and then contact the office.
  • No Air-Conditioning/No Heat – No air conditioning or heat in extreme temperatures is considered an emergency. Contact the office and we will contact the appropriate repairman to resolve the issue.
